Goals are the extensive business outcome that your cyber business dedicated to attain. And here are some guidelines that I found useful in setting your company’s goal: First; decide who will be involved in setting your company’s goals. Why this is very important? It is important because Goals are the core of your company’s business. The people that you selected in the process will be responsible for all your major business activities. However, if you decided to do it by yourself; then try to create a group of advisers who can help you (periodically) to set your goals.

Second, create a system for monitoring your company’s goal on a regular basis, revise or rework them if possible especially if business situation change.

Third, corroborate that your company’s goals, taken together, provide an effective plan for achieving your broad business intentions.

And fourth, make certain that your company’s goals are closely tied to your company’s mission statement.

And finally, use your goals as your guide when you reach out to your people in the business and to your costumers as well.
